Meet Elias Roosevelt Clarke, an Engineer for RED. He's 23 years old, and fairly new to the conflict. His middle name? Well, he was born on April 12, 1945... the same day President Franklin D. Roosevelt died. Please, call him Eli.

Anyway, I developed Eli as an arpee character, so he won't be in any writing or anything. As you can see, though, he's very... ahem... lovable. XD

Trivia: Eli does not give out his middle name. If he has to introduce himself formally, he introduces himself as "Elias R. Clarke," and tells people - if they ask - that the R is "not important," and to call him Eli. Everything he knows about engineering he learned from his father and from hands-on work, and he likes to think he's pretty good at it. Yes, he is a virgin. He loves to play basketball and wishes he had more opportunities to shoot hoops since he moved. It is possible that he suffers from mild borderline personality disorder, though he has never been examined or diagnosed. He only speaks two languages: English and bad English.
